Completely agree. Masks with exhalation valves would have been the perfect mask for large numbers of Americans. They protect the wearer, but no one else.

I'm not arguing with the premise of this article. But when the news is all about people losing their jobs by the 1000s' and 10's of thousands, the fit with today's reality feels a bit off.
