That used to be true in the days of work from the office. These days, I’m rarely in a meeting that some or most aren’t thousands of miles from me.

I’ve seen that with decks that are image heavy. I think something must be transferred at start and there’s some buffering. It’s used regularly for internal presentations at Microsoft and I’m always happy when it is. The demo switch thing is real though.

I use this regularly as a presenter. And I love when the presenter chooses PowerPoint Live. The one thing I can't wait for is for the meeting recordings to capture the videos in slides. For now, I have to go back into the deck to play videos when I'm catching up on meetings I've missed #Microsoft365
