The first two are variations of the Figure Four leg lock - the arch is supposed to put more pressure on the legs, is the theory? The second pair are supposed to stretch the back and hips of the person in the air, I think.

To be completely honest, the Ursas should not be a guide for quality, but more for who has the best hype machine. It’s always been about who can drum up the most voters, a popularity contest for the creator, not the content. Don’t gauge your work against them.
