As to the 2nd point, last month a reporter from Willamette Week called me for a quote on Dry January. Have I really been in recovery so long that now the press calls me about such things? Haha. On the 1st point, one of the things I’m most grateful for is the extent to which my recovery helps me be helpful. The ability to be present and be of service to those around me is truly a gift that I do not take for granted. The opportunity to help others navigate life’s challenges is a privilege.

Tariffs are the province of the President, and as a practical matter are beyond local control. So what can we do locally to improve housing affordability?
Build more housing.
