Why would they?

Translation: "when we are able to get a plane in the air without Ukraine shooting it down, not sure how long that will be"

Well, fortunately for Biden the Supreme Court has decreed that "official" presidential actions are above the law.

The purpose of the tariffs is for Donald J. Trump to wet his beak in exchange for temporary or permanent exclusions.

He's not even qualified to manage a Burger King.

Your efforts are greatly appreciated Dr. Joyner

He has never won an election against a man, and I think that drives him crazy.

The Qatar airplane alone makes it the most corrupt presidency in American history.

She doesn't need to read, she already knows everything.

It is what a significant portion of our country has become, for sure. But tens of millions of us DO care about other people, we do reach a hand down the ladder to help others up, we do go to protests on days like June 14th and put ourselves at risk to help others, we do force ICE back into retreat.

The reasoning is simple - there's no way for Donald Trump to personally benefit by giving aid to poor people. They have nothing to offer him in return. Everything, and I mean fucking everything, is about Donald Trump.

Save it.

Congress, to date, has sat there like a potted plant while hard-fought programs, passed by Congress, were unilaterally destroyed by a crazy president. I'm pleased to see some action, hopefully the Republicans - who are 100% responsible for this - pay a huge price for their evil.

Yeah, that's my point. I think Uraine is sharing false information with the US, knowing that it will reach Putin. They are probably very smart about it, lacing the fake info with a lot of true stuff that doesn't matter. Zelenskyy is brilliant.

He only showed up that one day a couple of weeks before the end of his term.

I'm sure they share "totally true" intelligence with Trump all the time. That's probably at least a small part of how Ukraine manages to pull off things like this.

The man, after the "Periods for Pence" debacle, normalized and gave initial credibility to Donald J Trump. He will forever be tainted and evil, even if his greatest accomplishment in life was simply failure to commit treason. Yes, he is correct, but we were screaming this all through Biden's term.

In their defense, who could have known that a guy that is always full of shit was, again, full of shit?

I encourage Mr. Kennedy to share his affection for raw milk with the entire administration. Let's make raw-milk shots the official White House afternoon pick-me-up.

It wouldn't matter if they agree or disagree - they are a powerless minority in Congress. We have never attempted to see what would happen if we actually gave Democrats power to do whatever they wanted. A 2/3 majority in the Senate and control of the House, plus the presidency, would be the test.

There are even more Republican House members in Congress, sitting there like potted plants and doing nothing for their constituents or their country. Why not put some pressure on the people actually enabling this shit instead of the minority opposition. Murc's law.

He campaigned on deporting between 12 million to 25 million brown-skinned people. I simply cannot believe that she didn't think there would be mothers in a group that size.

Gee Wally, if ICE really wants to shut down immigration, why aren't they just arresting the owners and managers of businesses that break the law and hire undocumented workers?

I think he forgot who was president when COVID appeared.

Rooftop solar in the United States is dead. Utility companies have very strong lobbies, air-tight regulatory capture in place in all 50 states, and zero incentive to allow free competition for their product to undermine their quarterly profit increases. NEM 3.0 in California was a bellweather.

I feel like education, mental health services, and a commitment to honest politics going forward could help. It starts with a Truth and Reconciliation Project

We have let Donald Trump down as a society. Any decent country would put Mr. Trump in a group home and give him the medication, care, and attention he needs. A good nation certainly wouldn't put him in a position where he could harm himself or others.

They're getting cause and effect backwards. They are not awful people for being MAGA supporters, rather they are MAGA supporters because they are awful people.

Anybody with an Amazon price tracker or a brain will eventually turn against him on this tariff thing. It's pretty clear when you see the massive price jumps on products in the spring of 2025.

He is incompetent if the goal of the presidency is to make America better for all Americans, to preserve our traditions, and to protect our country from those who would work to injure or destroy it. But he is very competent if the goal is simply to make the POTUS and other billionaires wealthy.

There are many people like this. As a society we care for them, we empathize with them, and we assure they are never placed in a position where they can harm themselves or others. However, we don't frikken elect them.

All done on his own personal time, doing unofficial, corrupt acts. SCOTUS - are you listening?

Looks like they got their relative heights correct, at least.
