I love that two of the breweries I most admire, Suarez in NY and Wildflower in Sydney, Aus, have gone nuts for cask. The latter is pouring four firkins at its own cask festival today. If only we could see and understand how revered trad British beer is overseas!

Access to market. “The elephant in the room”. We are the only brewery in Gravesend. pretty much every pub in Gravesend that can buy our beer does buy our beer, and we are thankful for that support. Unfortunately that’s a tiny proportion of the actual pubs in Gravesend, due to access restricting ties

Gotta assume they’ve already picked the winner because no experienced judge will go into this without knowing exactly what each of these beers tastes like and the inherent bias that goes with that knowledge.
