@gilduran.com Might they be planning to use crypto to fund armament the way Germany's national socialist party used MEFO bills? tubitv.com/series/30000...

As someone who believes in germ theory, miasma theory isn't as crazy as you'd think; recall at the beginning of the pandemic Fauci wouldn't recommend people wear masks, as if germ-laden air had no effect on whether one contracted disease. We couldn't advocate schools teach outside for some reason.

My actual favorite part so far was this commercial, for this... healthcare? kit? In which Dr. Drew and some other guy exhorted you to stop calling your doctor or going to urgent care and instead self-diagnose and self-medicate. Please look carefully at this image.

Good timing "A new poll finds that 79% of countries around the world have a more positive view of China than the US. The poll, conducted by a Danish-based organisation, surveyed more than 110,000 people from 100 countries." x.com/haugejostein...

My ex-colleague told me he paid $9k to get Agile-certified. It paid off for him, he got a well-paying middle management job supervising programmers after that.

Can digital agents buy stock? futurism.com/twitter-bots... Univ of Maryland found "instances where ... when the stock was going down, ...bang! They’d launched a bunch of these bots... they would start tweeting out positive content about about Tesla" then the stock would recover.

bsky.app/profile/trac... This is a long fight. Freedom to assemble "peacefully" is enshrined in the 1st amendment. And masked anarchists often vandalize property at protests -- they did during the Iraq war protests -- it makes the peaceful assembly look radical. This is a fight for public opinion.

Axios said Trump "wants a fight" over U.S.A.I.D. and public broadcasting in the lead up to passing the budget, what he calls his "big beautiful bill". This seems timed to fulfill his wishes: apnews.com/article/usai... #USAID

? The student non-violent coordinating committee *trained* their members beforehand to go limp if arrested, because they knew the TV cameras would catch any slip. They were fighting for public opinion. The 1st amendment enshrines freedom of peaceful assembly. www.imdb.com/title/tt0885...

The twitter account @ass_deans showed us this might happen.... Ask: How much did they pay for this, and/or what grants/incentives did they get in exchange for this move?

It's so sad. Writing is hard and scary. I clung to my math skills and was truly afraid for professors to see my writings. I was pleasantly surprised when profs didn't laugh or pan what I said/wrote. .... Now many will never get that experience.

I did hear some medical institutions got grants in exchange for genAI use. This was a couple years ago.
