The BBC have now stopped doing this.
But were getting their usual transphobic jollies by referring to the former judge, in headlines, as trans former judge.
Which, as you can imagine, other transphobes, gleefully, leapt on.

A friend of mine has said, & I think could well be right, if you see symbols like those, and no text, then, surely, it's down to individual perception of what those symbols mean?
