Is armed forces pay part of the 2% NATO quota? Because sure, that makes sense.

"California is perfectly safe! None of that nonsense out here!", says Gavin Newsom just 6 weeks ago.

It's not even rioting. The vast, vast majority are non-violently protesting.

"Because if they conform and don't fly flags proclaiming their identity, in a time where they're being attacked *for* their identity, the racists will finally see our side!"

S03E07-E12 are a wild rollercoaster ride. You'll definitely want to finish it.

No. Go make your own Canada.

Unfortunately, the problem with fascists is that when you point out their fascism, they think that they're awesome, instead of accepting that their fascism is the reason they're so unloved.

"None of us are safe" - Newsom finally clues in to why Canadians didn't want to come visit California after his ad campaign. Americans consistently six weeks behind as to how bad things really are.

"And never identify as anything other than American. Hide your identity at all times. Then we can (might) accept you." Maybe people have good reason not to fly the US flag right now. Have you asked them? I know it's not strategic, but I'd feel pretty disgusted flying a US flag.

Americans on both the left and right: "You have no right to an identity - You can only be American or Outsider"
comment in response to post
These people are disgusted by America and everything that flag stands for with good reason. You're not going to convince them to go back to waiving American flags and being good Americans. You're not listening to what they have to say.

It's in America. He *should* be concerned...

It's a "Musk has always been a democrat" Orwellian move.

Third paragraph of the article says the mother wasn't vaccinated.

Hasn't been the WWF since 2002. Meanwhile....

All the more reason to be vaccinated before pregnancy. Humans are generally not pregnant before their first measles suggested vaccine dose at 12 to 15 months. If you've delayed your first vaccine dose to after 15 months, today would be a good time too.

I would argue that the primary mission goal was so audacious and unlikely to work, that this was the main intended result.

That and birds have ZZ/ZW chromosomes, not XX/XY. Oh, and the matching ZZ pair is generally male and the mixed ZW is generally female, unlike mammals. Nature is a funny thing.

The Martian, of course. Book is fantastic. Seveneves is a wild ride.

A region that voted 38% for Trump instead of 49% for Trump. Enormous difference! Like night and day!

My frustration of the past few months: Americans apologizing and continuing to step in it and continually misreading the room right now. You think you're making things better but you're not. Like a clueless ex apologizing over and over again for the wrong thing or offering the wrong solutions.
