Just any builder that has a connection with Panasonic or any other HEMS appliance makers. They can buy/design and install with a certified Panasonic guy.

github.com/hamkichi/hom... I use this. Enables me to control my Echonet Lite capable aircon within Apple HomeKit. I did a lot of research and basically HEMS stuff is pretty well locked down by manufactures. Only way to get a HEMS-fully-automated-the-Japanese-way-house is through a builder.

You should’ve javelined your ski pole into my path to get my attention. We skied 4 days. Sunday was the last day - so slushy and warm.

I’ll probably be up there after lunch. Red Patagonia with black Ogasaka skis here.

I’m headed up there to Shiga Koen today for a few days with the kids. We’ll mostly be at Okushiga.

I always wonder why they can’t figure out which model is optimal. Why do I have to choose. If I say I don’t like the answer it gave me, one option could be to swap the models no?
