Moon blew my mind. Sam Rockwell was incredible.

Interesting! Maybe I should rebuild my svelte powered fruit game subak.kempf.dev to do the same 🤔

Excellent book, one I've gone back to many times over.

Honestly, the brain worm feels like this season’s writers went overboard making this an absurd character.

I think it's well overdue you call your agent and get some royalties for them using your likeness.

Haha this was definitely one of the first things I said to you forever ago. Also I'm currently reading the first Expanse book so this is perfect timing.

This was excellent, thanks for sharing, Ben! Definitely relate to what she's saying.

As long as I've known you, you've always been one of the best at this, and I've always admired it.

I love this so much and I've been doing this a lot lately. I used to force myself to walk a tightrope - I'm either doing this project or nothing, so I'd end up hating it or doing nothing. Now I let myself serpentine from whatever task is hitting and I get way more done. I call it success snake.

I really love that, and yeah I'm trying to get more into this frame of mind. Stop worrying about how things will be received and just do it and put it out. It's especially hard for me when putting out educational content, thinking "What if this isn't the best way to do it?" and it makes me freeze.

I’m still trying to find my self worth outside of “producing” and work. I’ve come a long way but it still feels weird.

Oh damn I read Elantris years ago but didn’t realize it was connected to the Mistborn series. I feel like I need to go back through it now.

Oh this is super helpful, thank you!

I saw in the newsletter that you JUST finished Yumi! I hadn’t heard of that one before you mentioned it but I’m excited now.

Good to know, I’m curious how it compares, like what he kept and what evolved or is brand new. Considering other book series too though

Ohhhh is that the stormlight archive thing? I haven’t read that, I might give that a look.

Yeah that makes sense - I hear the next trilogy in the series is gonna be a space opera? Pretty wild but I’m intrigued.

I’m like a quarter of the way through Tress and it’s fantastic so far. Definitely going to keep reading.

Right? It was entertaining as hell just to watch on mute. The writing was excellent, too.

The first one, yes, as that's how I'm getting this notification in the first place. The next two? Debatable.

Some concepts just feel difficult to put into flashcard format and I do better seeing examples of how other people do it.

Not only top shelf instruction, but the friendliest dang instructor out there.

I haven’t cared about any of the Disney+ marvel shows, but this is one I’ll watch
