Holyshit. I saw guardsmen at 7:30am this morning in St Charles county. They were parked in the lot of a gas station at the intersection of 2 county roads. It’s a remote part of the county. 🤷♀️🤷♀️

I’m 68 yrs old. I cut out processed foods years ago. What I didn’t do was add in enough natural fiber. I developed diverticulosis. It took 6 months to fully recover. I wish I had understood fiber 20 yrs ago.
