I've got 1 problem:
Buying a Gros Michael in the last shop before the Ante 8 Boss Blind on Gold Stake and having it Extinct after beating the blind

I think this is largely intended for VGC. All of that will take place on Champions in the future, which would allow GameFreak to toy around with making major changes to the battle system in the mainline games
