This is unlike the competitor molecule involved in both pathways that may lead to side effects. Twist antibody leads also show greater inhibition of tumor growth compared to the competitor molecule in the in vivo studies.

2️⃣ How did Twist products/services contribute to the paper? Using Twist’s precision DNA writing technologies, we created phage display libraries with a diversity greater than 1 × 10^10 individual members, and machine learning models were utilized for optimal discovery.

1️⃣ What does the paper accomplish? We discover antibodies targeting cysteine-rich domain 1 of human DKK1 regulates Wnt non-canonical pathway and activates immune response. Our leads are potent in inhibition of tumor growth and may have promising efficacy for cancer immunotherapy.
