I try to avoid the propaganda on both sides when discussing israel and the Palestinians.
The Palestinians are at this time the only true victims here.
And trump talking about turning Gaza into a resort - beyond reprehensible.

IMHO there are a few facts
Israel threatened since 1945 with obliteration.
Hamas deliberately attacked knowing israel reaction would be.
Hamas built their infrastructure deliberately so that Palestinians would die first.
Palestinians are collateral damage & no country will help them directly.

Hamas ALSO had a choice of not launching a terrorist attack that killed 1200 people, knowing full well what the reaction would be.
And israel proved to the world that Any country can practice genocide .
But to Israel the attack was the last straw.
