The amusing (pejorative) outcome of this is that it's less likely to generate a sentence like "I don't know" without guard rails because (1) it does not reason anything and (2) humans rarely say it either (proportional to corpus), so not much training data paints those spots on the die.

Little thing on illnesses and ailments: you just kinda gotta believe people. If someone says "I am really struggling with hayfever" they are not telling you they have the hayfever you got when you were five and shrug off like it's nothing. The key part of the sentence is, "I am really struggling".

For no reason, from 2019: Napkin math: Abu Ghraib was operated by US until 2006(?). Suppose younger than teenager at the time doesn't know. 0-25 years old is about 1/3rd of US, maybe 1/3rd of that is voting age? 11% of the US is 36.3 million voters who has no awareness of these crimes of ours.
