I was so hooked on it. Highly recommend buying the book for posterity.
It's important to remember the context at the time. This was JUST post 9/11, when people were getting fired and blacklisted for anything less than complete fealty to the military and patriotism.
This comic was fucking brave.
He's a complete tool but Bill Maher got immediately yanked off the air for questioning the orthodoxy that dropping bombs on Iraq was brave but flying a plane into a building was cowardly.
