Meanwhile Maritza Rivera thanks OPCD staff for looking at scaling back the Bryant neighborhood center, but nonetheless invites staff to walk the area so they can be potentially be persuaded to scale it back even further, because its a "tight" area.

The response from the Mayor's office is that the Comp Plan is officially in the council's hands! Except Moore won't be here for the final vote on the Comp Plan.

Now she's arguing that the "wealthy enclaves" of the city got their boundaries scaled back and not Maple Leaf. She says that more than 1,400 people in Maple Leaf "will have to live with" the decision to allow apartment buildings.
