Set a realistic goal (even a small one) at the start of the day and stop when you reach it. Dont push yourself beyond this point; there is always the next day.
I have learnt that motivation will only strike you after you start working. So start working - atleast for 5 minutes and see what happens!

As a long term obsidian user, these are my suggestions.
1. try to install as few extensions as possible - stick with writing and linking notes.
2. Dont fall into the YouTube rabbit hole of obsidian productivity tips.
3. Follow a simple folder structure and use links and tags for organizing.
