A lecture theatre has been renamed in honour of Professor Anne Neville, a pioneering engineer whose research in tribology, corrosion, and materials science has had a lasting impact. The Anne Neville Lecture Theatre was officially named at a ceremony on what would have been her 55th birthday.

High above the Parkinson steps, a pair of Peregrine Falcons are tending to five eggs! Since 2008, Peregrine Falcons have been nesting intermittently on the Parkinson Tower. During that time, the University has seen fourteen chicks successfully hatch 🐣
