But, in my defense, it is/was in the context of a condensed par of text. A headline to grab my attention. The meaning, parsed in under a second. Am I shallow and inattentive? not really. So headlines matter? I'm trying to say that they do.

Just the one on which I commented (which I can't get back to..). If I remember correctly, it was a reaction to the framing. Possibly over reacting. But, I wanted to make the point that with Farage/Trump, it feels like laissez-faire is baked into headlines and reporting, but others are scrutinised.
