what are we gonna do about it? theres not a reasonable alternative to the houthis, the hadi government sucks and is a saudi puppet responsible for war crimes on a similar scale. the separatists are better, but still a uae puppet and not a solution for all of yemen. who else? isis? al qaeda?

some ppl have backgrounds in manufacturing and dont want to switch. im not big on tariffs, not nearly to the extent trump is, but the industry should be at least kept afloat.. which is what biden was already doing with chips and science. not big on biden overall either but it was working...
