also if your brain isn't getting enough oxygen/nutrients it can result in extra sleepiness (the times I've passed out from POTS, I was in a hot room and it felt like I kept drifting off to sleep and couldn't wake up) this post might be helpful?

Oh I am grateful they're different colors, because sometimes my mast cells are like "no THIS generic is the enemy" and I'd prefer to realize "well I did just switch generics" vs having the dread of "am I allergic to my thyroid meds now??"

All you liberals humping Amy Coney Barrett recently should check out her concurrence in this case, where she explains why transgender people are not a suspect class and are entitled to no heighten constitutional protections and can generally go fuck themselves.

You can discuss how privilege determines any number of things but not every choice comes down to whether you can pay for it.

I cannot force an employer to hire me - a middle aged, mostly housebound, exhausted, memory impaired, allergic to life bendy human. There is no amount of pushing through that can find a job for me. PIP enables me to live my life as safely as possible, and be a member of the community whenever I can.

When people said to use your privilege as a white lady, this is NOT what they meant. Just ask really nicely, over and over again. You might still get roughed up and beaten up, but at least you’re not escalating the situation by bringing in violent armed agents who are on ICE’s side.
