We're getting pizza and I'm obsessed with this slightly broken mural that used to be about eating with your hands but now it reads like Saruman's manifesto

Love this. In his “I Agree” installation Dima Yarovinsky-Yahel took the content from terms of service statements for companies like Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Tinder and printed them out on A4 paper with a standard font size for legal contracts to demonstrate the length of these agreements.

#ThrowbackThursday A million years ago, I used to work for a sheet music company — I was one of the transcribers — and we did several R.E.M. folios and one-offs.

A while ago, @wangleberry.bsky.social and I made a shocking discovery. By writing a caption, hiding that caption, and having another person draw an unrelated Thing, the caption and the drawing inevitably resolve into a perfect New Yorker cartoon. We've blown the whole thing wide open. Thread:

Given her competence displayed over recent months, I think Starmer is making a big assumption that she actually remembered to vote for herself. Or that she would vote Tory in a future election

Is there a major anti-incumbent wave since the post-COVID inflation surge? Decided to go through this systematically. Incumbent government performance in wealthy democracies since March 2022, when Ukraine invasion really spiked things upwards: 🧵

Not many people are aware of this, but the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' bandanas denote their political allegiance - Conservative, Labour, UKIP, & Ulster loyalist.

One of the many things I love about working at the FT is that I share a desk with Gideon Rachman. This, marvellous, impeccably-sourced column has been haunting me since he first told me about it. Now it can haunt you, too:

He's not wrong.
