Because she was married to him when he was poor, she felt he should be poor after she left him. (Why she gets to be rich I dunno)

My understanding was that she wanted way more than than half of what they had at the time of the divorce (something like 80%) as well as a large % of his royalties for not only his current songs, but for anything he makes in the future as well.

I did not think you did, my point was the math was actually done back in (I believe) 2006. It wasn't done for martial law in the US but anywhere in the world the military had to carry out martial law for any reason. This isn't something recently done.

It is all based on old calculation from the U.S. Army Field Manual 3-24. 20-25 soldiers for every 1000 population. Then you also need to add in the required support staff (which doesn't have to be military, some may cooks) which is 2 support for every 1 that is in the field.

I did the numbers on what it would take to attempt to enforce martial law on both LA City and LA County per the Army Field Manual... it can't happen

Really? I read it as California is saying that the issue is with the NG going off of the federal govt land with ICE to 'defend' them. The issue being that they are being used in a law enforcement manner without invoking the insurrection act. Why are you thinking this is not the case?

Hot take... They use the reasoning that they can't secure that many polling places to limit the number of polling places in democratic leaning areas

Then stop by after and thank them for being there to help make sure that the public is safe from ice / DHS. They may not take them, that is ok... Do it again at dinner then tomorrow. They will remember and that may help them remember you are neighbors. Los Angeles Protests

He can't invoke title 10 without the Governer...
"Orders for these purposes shall be issued through the governors of the States or, in the case of the District of Columbia, through the commanding general of the National Guard of the District of Columbia."
Or am I missing something?

It was a query about the licenses, some of which were actually in violation of the ToS in the way they were done. This is common for many licensing companies. If you don't like it, I get that... but it is standard and was actually pretty nicely worded.
comment in response to

I get that you don't, but every company that I have dealt with that does volume licensing has done this or way way worse. Unity was actually very restrained, no mentions of lawyers, courts, etc.
comment in response to

Ok so you sign up for unity and put your company as "gamon" at "124 main St. #100, City, state 00000" You are registered as a company. I sign up as a personal account for unity and put my address as "124 main St. #200, City, state, 00000"
Guess what shows up on a report as a suspicious license?

None of that is data scraping. That is data entered into the system by those other people, it was close enough it matched a fuzzy finder. This is 100% common when doing audits for software.
comment in response to
post
What data scraping? They specifically say in the email that it was from the data that was entered when people registered. As someone who has gone through real audits, this was not worded overly hostile and was an ask for clarification about some licenses.

threatened to call the cops on me. I told to do it since I knew it would at least make her hand up the phone to call them. I could hear them yelling at her not to do it or her computer would never work again. Long story short, she called, cops showed up and told her it was a scam and then she told

So your fix to the fact that a car may be a better car than what is made here... Is to ban the sale of those cars in the US? Why not get with the US Car companies and tell them to make better cars?

I wonder if it sees your actual name from your profile however you are in a specific context where it only knows of you, thus assuming it was personalized. I would have someone else on X see if it does the same there (after the photo screw up of course... It did that cause you are more popular)

However I didn't see anything that affected transit (connection to the inet). This means that as long as they have their own data centers they can run them out of the US doesn't it? They can also still run servers in CA and in MX or anywhere else in the world (MX and CA would be close enough

Who knows maybe you would have heard that all they cared about was roe vs Wade and because Biden didn't overrule the supreme Court and fire them all, he actually wanted it overruled. While this is of course crazy, you at least know where to start... Rather than nuh uh your wrong about your opinion!

Do that and you may just learn what the Dem's have yet to learn.... Facts don't mean shit when there is free will available and when feelings are at play and being manipulated by the other side.

I say this as someone on the spectrum is told daily by his loving wife to stop doubling down when I feel attacked... You sir were an asshole when you told the other person that they were objectively wrong about an opinionated question they asked THEMSELF.

If you ever think you are being attacked relentlessly, rest assured that you probably are. The next thought probably should be, what have I done to make so many people mad and not why are these people all assholes and wrong... I must double down and defend!
