Yup the oath was destroyed by this. What really surprises me is the communities who we traditionally thought as being quite caring Turn their back as soon as they could

Doctors keep preacing that prevention is the best medicine. Yet here we are with a mentality of vaxed and relaxed.. This was a publicity failure

Okay links over, now I can do commentary! This section's on the brutal, lingering post-viral symptoms known as LONG COVID. Every infection, even if you don't feel sick, damages your heart, brain, immune system, & more...and can change your life for the worse with no end in sight. #LongCOVID #MECFS

I'll be blunt I don't know how someone can get a bachelor's in science and be this stupid.. Maybe I should give myself an honorary PhD because clearly I'm smarter than most of these educated people..
comment in response to post
This liability Catch 22 is the only plausible explanation to why an educated set of professionals could be This against Keeping their patients safe . OR they are not collectly not worth their education...

EG. Suddenly a person's general practitioner starts masking in N95s. slaps HEPAs in every room.. And starts to tell their patience to do the same.. Now they are byproxy admitting they knew better and witheld the information..
comment in response to post
Patience than they are liable for the past. And this will open up each one of them to a ton of lawsuits so the only option they have is to keep the lie going...

You know Harry I'm going to Theory here. I think far more doctors and nurses ect know that what they're doing in healthcare is harming not only themselves and their fellow coworkers and their patients. As soon as they start advocating for themselves their coworkers and their patients now
comment in response to post
Frankly I would call it premeditated mass murder...
comment in response to post
Non-masking is self-harm.... I'm honestly surprised insurance companies haven't made it part of their policy

I've only had the shot once and I'm almost 40 but I'm immunocompromised and I still can't decide if I want to go and get a second shot and I've heard there are some contradictions for the MMR.. HMM..

this was fine until my cheap ass dad got cotton masks and rebelled one day and drove himself to get plants at Lowes and a coffee and got me sick. FUCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK
comment in response to post
cant drive so. the * plan * was to have them drive me and I would EVA in to the stores for THEM On paper this was damn near foolproof.. I figured if I do what OSHA says to do for a BSL L3 lab that this is plenty of margin of safety.
comment in response to post
betrayed . For my day job in 2019 I was issued a OSHA fit tested P100/OV resprator to use when was doing R and D work with shipping container sized battery's I shaved my face every other day to maintaion fit
comment in response to post
I regret every day that I left my job and move back to my folks home to keep them safe. My. dad gave covid the very person I left my hard earned independence for. is slowly. killing me . he died of cancer in 2021> i "died" in 2020....... I dont know what to think,,,,,

Ya know speaking of TB ports I was being poached by Intel's. high speed sig lab Right B4 C19 hit to work on this stuff ( rest was NDAed ) I could not take the job as it was too far away to commute.. cars are FAR too expected in this country
comment in response to post
I am a mixed bag parts of Extreme vulnerability> MECFS From LC brain tumors cant drive cant write by hand Immnucompromsed > What I * had * was a well paying job. Pre covid and I had some set aside I was independent .happy
comment in response to post
now as my. LC problems getworse who knows I may go tits up B4 My mac does at this rate. but I shure as hell wont give up.... If there is a chace I can snap out of this as some ppl with LC do..... I want to have my HW there readdy to get back to FULL speed when my meat bag body gets better
comment in response to post
move in space with minimal waste and maximum joy.... when U can work at best 2-3H a day B4 you risk a MECFS crash VR does this for me
comment in response to post
this tool has let me be faster then my peers and there for I can charge more! also this means I can work less hours and that has been a LIFE SAVER with long covid .I can kinda keep up with ableds
comment in response to post
I use VR as part of my day job. I make models in F360 and use VR to test items for fit and clearances B4 I have them CNCed I have 15K hours in VR with 80% plus of that work time in the last 6 years .
comment in response to post
and thanks to. MS. nuking. WMR. I have to go to a new VR Headset and I WONT BUY A META headser as I hate zuck and I wont ever use FB. so to not limit my options I need to run Nvidia to maximize my choices > many of the non meta current gen HMDs are picky about AMD GPUs ... this is a shame
comment in response to post
ittttts nowwww or Neverrrrrrrrr 12th gen is a tad old . esp for the cost. and durabook and Getac and pani have been moving to the ultra gen procs. some even have ARC as a GPU and thats 2X a Xe GPU I would have love to wait and pounce on them whrn they are fresh
comment in response to post
i WAS gonna wait and let my current system live out its live for a year more on W10 but sadly. tariffs moved this forward that orange bastard cost me $10k in HW that was NOT in my budget for this year .

Over the life of that computer it is likely I'm going to be going into 8K camera gear and so buy once cry once makes a lot of sense when you plan the system...

Also it's not on windows with AI being shoved down my throat constantly with Anti consumer forced updates...

I get 48 GB of video RAM that is the equivalent bandwidth of a 3080. I get the processing power of a 3080. And this runs photogrammetry software Better than my roommates 8 thousand dollar desktop with a 5090 in it FOR THE COST.

I'm in my 11th year of being in business. My clients have included Microsoft 343 industries. Mojang. And many many more. Time is money and while spending $80 million on a computer will be stupid no matter how fast it is spending $4,000 on a Mac Studio to last me 8 to 9 years is it good investment

If your early adopter you overpay if you're a late adopter you're stuck changeig at last minute you also overpay.... You also have to deal with the speed penalties of Technology holding you back

So when Thunderbolt 3 started to piggyback on USBC the writing was on the wall. This is almost a decade ago.. And when even the non Intel USB IF adopted Thunderbolt 3 under the hood to run USB 4 in 2019 this was the nail in the coffin.
comment in response to post
I'm damn near 40 years old I already live through the first transition from beige to USBA. I was one of the last people to leave Mac OS 9 in 2008.. NO MORE.. This massive transition around I'm not going to be late to the party
comment in response to post
My solution is to use photogrammetry. And there's no way in hell the Iris Xe card in my current toughbooks is going to do much at all for this application. So instead of buying a gaming laptop just to do this one computer task using Thunderbolt I've got an external 3060 That amps this
comment in response to post
I can ingest clips start editing them on my laptop on DaVinci Resolve and then do the final larger edits on my Mac Studio also on DaVinci Resolve and pick up where I left off in the field... The other thing I use Thunderbolt for is external gpus. I can't afford a $15,000 3D scanner
comment in response to post
In my case I use Thunderbolt for two unique purposes. Number one I use it as my main drive for all of my video editing clips. I edit render and scrub and export all while on external drives on Thunderbolt this way I can be on my laptop or on my desktop no matter where I am and I don't have to copy
comment in response to post
It would be nice to Make a Linux based computer that can meet and beat every single Specification that Same priced Mac Studio has.. Crapple can do it why not MSI. SKILL ISSUE?
comment in response to post
If a shit-box Mac Mini in 2019 can have four Thunderbolt ports and a 10 gig ethernet Jack for less than $900 I think it's perfectly reasonable to ask motherboard manufacturers and meet us all halfway and quit limiting the external expandability of their systems...
comment in response to post
There is nothing stopping AMD from being both pro linux and offering better Hardware IO What if I told you those are the two things keeping me from going AMD maybe I value those specifications....
comment in response to post
As for who uses them. Professionals do and at the end of the day I'm going to represent them as one of them and I'm more than happy to b**** out a company and companies who are not giving consumers the value they deserve across all specifications...
comment in response to post
I am critical of a company who is unwilling to be competitive across their entire product Spectrum especially when that company can afford it... Everything that's important is highly subjective
comment in response to post
I would love to see Intel have some major competition.. What I would like to see is AMD motherboard suppliers really get their act in gear and support USB 4.2 This is 80 gigs. Gimme a mobo with 4 4.2 on C 10 3.x on A A 10G Lan rest i can adapt...
