Yeah, but that's where the market isn't working as well as it should, for lots of reasons. Building luxury homes is more profitable. NIMBYism in planning rules. etc. etc.

Credit to modern tech - google maps showed a traffic jam in the tiny, quiet one-way street where I live and it was right. One car blocking the road, my taxi stuck behind it.
That's the good side.
On the other hand it's frightening just how much surveillance that entails.
