Whole thing is a complete farce. Needs scraping asap. It just protects the existing big boys

Heāll take some replacing imo.. very good going forward. I think heād be great used in rotation alongside a good defensive full back

One for squad depth perhaps but Solomon would be great business imo. Thereās no guarantee how this lad would settle and the physicality of the game here would be a huge test

Meslier, Aaronson, Gelhardt, Greenwood, Harrison would all return profits⦠even if we sold for less than we paid.
Obviously Gnonto and Joseph would be high profits but hoping we keep them (possible loan for Joseph) but might depend if Bamford goes.
Kristensen sale will show some PSR benefit.

So we need the Gray, Rutter, Summerville profits from 24/25 accounts to help bridge the gap of previous losses on PSR and any other losses not yet shown.
If we sell Ā£30m of players in the summer we should have a decent amount to spendā¦

Transfer fees spread across the life of each players contract.
Therefore £100m across average 4 year contracts is £25m per year on PSR.
Sales of Rutter, Gray and Summerville generated £75m realisable in 24/25 accounts. These help offset previous losses.
Wages increase but definite headroom.

Iād sell Joseph in a heartbeat to help with PSR

A really good listen this and confirms my long suspicions that PSR is totally flawed and just protects the established PL teams and also protects the top 5 or 6 within PL #lufc

Basically you're leaving promoted clubs with little choice but to sell good/developing players they can profit on, which dramatically reduces their already slim chance of survival or take a points deduction, that further reduces their chance of survival/promotion depending on when it lands. #lufc

Essentially the PSR/FFP rules have combined so they essentially have their ringfenced Super League with no credible threat of relegation after all & the only way it is changed is if the majority of PL clubs vote against their own best interest, which obviously isn't happening. Maddening. #lufc
