As a vet fired in the IRS probationary firings. I have not been contacted by the IRS yet…and if I am contacted my guess is I will be put on admin leave for 60 days and then fired under the RIF.

Veteran fired from the IRS in the FEB 20th probationary cull. We can’t stay. They pull all of our system access first, and then the managers cry their way through our out processing checklist. In some offices they brought in security to escort people out.

Even without the union he can use his chain of command. He creates an email telling his manager that he needs to be rated in compliance with dodi 1400.25, he can states the incorrect garbage that his manager told him with the date he said it and cc his managers supervisor.

Tell them to have their supervisor show them where that directive is coming from. Because in a RIF (reduction in force) your rating matters. The supervisor is setting that person up to be terminated.

71% of vets are white males, uneducated white makes tend to be trumps base.
But a lot of us, used our GI Bill and recognize a fascist when we see one. Veterans really are not the problem at the end of the day.
