So.. the same "Treasury" team that "mistakenly" gave him access in the first place has suddenly now "revoked" it?

Presidential & Vice Presidential records are typically sealed for the first 5 years after the end of an administration. Which, in this case would be 5 years after 2029.
But since he'll likely just hide them again or destroy them outright, him not wanting them released until 2034 is a moot point.
