Once again, I would like the MPTS to have the statutory power to issue fines. Hit these grifters where it will really hurt them.

F) What big move will Trump make to make us all “look over there!” instead?

That’s the thing with populists who are driven by spite and anger, and thrive on exploiting differences… once they’ve got a sense of victory, they have no outlet for their spite and anger, so they turn it in on one other. Nobody is ever “pure” enough for them.

Truss knows exactly which dog whistle she’s blowing when she talks about “values”. www.bbc.com/news/article...

I do like the nod to history that the “Built by European Union funding 🇪🇺 “ sign along the road brings. A memory of happier times.

I want Estonia to beat Israel, because they did a funny little dance. The geopolitics is kind of by the by right now. #Eurovision

How much (if any) change could 16 & 17 year olds make to the vote share? Is there much engagement with them now, or will it be an afterthought closer to the time?

What really irritates/pisses me off is the attitude of “Keir has plenty of time to turn this around” without much of an acknowledgment that Labour will (probably) get stuffed in next years Senedd elections.

I honestly do get why people are voting Reform now. Why bother with a pale imitation of their policies when you can get it direct from the tap, with added conviction?

Imagine if Twitter/X still allowed other people to see what posts somebody liked too.

They’ll have to let mobile phones into the next conclave.

The whole noise about “inclusivity” is corrosive, malicious and pernicious. Give Reform a chance to control education, and inclusion will lead to the exclusion of many children from mainstream settings. Be normal, fit the mould, meet the arbitrary milestones… or get the fuck out.
