The best part about this is that most of these changes being talked about are pretty easy to do. Something as simple as adding an art prize to your tourney will go a long way when it comes to garnering signups

Hot take I might make into a video: too many tournaments killed the tournament scene. We are seeing the likes of tournaments that have been around for years barely gain any entries. We are seeing new tournaments pop up every two weeks or so and run with only 4 teams in it. Thread 🧵

I will say that the price for the switch 2 is a bit crazy but it is a luxury item. The “drop the price” crowd has reasonable critiques but I wish they would also use that energy to advocate for lower prices for education, healthcare…ya know…necessities. I know some do but I know some don’t.
