Was it really you who told Trump "hey wall street is making fun of you, they've given you an embarrassing nickname, how do you respond"?
If so, God bless you. That was the first time in a long time I've seen a reporter say or do anything pointed to Trump.

My man could've told her this in a dm but he went in for the kill here and I respect it

Any chance of a physical 4k release for Heart Eyes? I'll grab the Blu Ray either way

Exactly, unless they're planning to completely overhaul basically everything about the story and its characters I don't see this working out.

This is a terrible idea.
Not because "it's a cooperative game", but because if you remove the 10/10 gameplay, all your left with is an absolutely embarrassing 3/10 story.
The writing was horrific.
"Stars are overrated."

At the risk of getting flamed:
Star Trek: The Motion Picture is a better version of 2001: A Space Odyssey.

The 4k disc in my screening room was actually my first time seeing the movie at all.
I cried several times.
Never seen a big budget sci fi movie remotely anything like it before or since.
comment in response to

If you have the 4k disc and the equipment to play/hear it on, it has a 7.1 audio track that will knock your socks all the way across the street.
You can hear the vents in the ceiling ABOVE YOU when we're on the bridge. First crazy detail I noticed.
It looks amazing and it sounds 30 stories tall.

Did I miss something? Why wasn't he arrested? Couldn't get a warrant? Did you try and get turned down for some reason?
We're not going to defeat fascism electorally, they need to be stopped in their tracks.

Either coordinate with other senators so that you all do this one after the other in a string of filibusters, or it's just performance art and will have no actual impact
comment in response to
post
Oh so it's performance art. If the goal really was to wreck shop, a whole line of Democrats would announce, in the open, a conspiracy to hold up the Senate for as long as possible by filibustering one AFTER the other.
This shit otoh is weak and obviously performance art.

But does BH continue their trend of over-producing embarrassing movies where nothing happens?
Or is it better than that?

Yes, yes he can.
Anyway, apparently that Wiley Coyote movie got bought from WB and will actually get a theatrical release next year!

Everybody: "They're disappearing legal residents who haven't committed crimes off the streets"
The Democrats: don't get mad, get even - join a phone bank!
comment in response to
post
If the Democrats are unwilling to do political crimes, we're never going to get even. They're just doing open political crimes and getting away with it. We're refusing to do them and we're literally getting kidnapped now.

Votes are as good as bullets when they're for Donald Trump.
If you're a veteran and you voted for trump all three times, it's funny if you're homeless.
Full stop.

Given what we know from voting data this is the hardest 'don't laugh challenge' I've ever faced.

Anybody who does? I'm not sure I get the point of the question "who cares about this thing that some people care about". Obviously some people care about home theater design. So... Those people.

As I've said elsewhere, I know. I doubt this guy is doing that, given the tv is perfectly flat relative to the wall.
I used to have my TV up pretty high in my screening room. When I would share photos I'd always explain that it's angled down and the seating recliners have adjustable headrests.

Yes, people can crane their necks for hours at a time. They can also slouch for hours at a time.
Both are, indeed, physically possible. Neither is advisable.
comment in response to

It doesn't matter how high the ceilings are - it only matters how high your eyeballs are. If your eyes are 13 feet off the ground when you're sitting in front of your tv, then 13 feet is exactly where your tv should be.
comment in response to
post
That's correct. But I don't assume this guy has calculated the viewing angle and set up his seating and the tv so that even though it's that high, it's as if it's right in front of him.
comment in response to
post
It's maybe not too high for you, but it is in general. The Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers has a formula for calculating vertical tv height and it basically says "measure from the floor to your eyes, sitting. Now put the center of your tv there."
By that standard, it's too high.

JFC WE KNOW.
this isn't hidden knowledge. They LIKE BEING CALLED OUT for fucks sake. They enjoy this. You're not winning.

They get off on this coverage and will do more of the thing that provokes it in order to see more of this performative outrage.
You know they're kidnapping kids off the street, right? They think it's hilarious that you're wringing your hands and lightly plagiarizing The Exorcist about this

As long as you're not the car in front of your line, you're good to be on your phone.
Front of the line has to keep their eye on the light, though. Front of line driving off is the unmissable signal to the next person that it's time to go, and so on.

We should stop talking about this.
Our outrage literally fuels them. They're gonna see all these posts saying "BUH MIYAZAKI WOULDN'T LIKE THAT!!!" and they'll roll their eyes and say "fucking whiny liberal bitches, do even more!"
Is that what you want? Seriously, is it just more content for you?

In 4 years they'll all be living in trailers they bought on credit cards with trump flags flying over the porta-potties (also bought on credit).

The scariest part isn't even that; it's that they're proud of how stupid they are and their voters are equally proud about it

Way better than what PlayStation is offering right now with their clunky "console sharing" feature that only works on one other console and is buried in settings menus. Hopefully they try to catch up.
