Regarding #telework: TX Gov Abbott signed a bill letting agencies allow remote work—after banning it in March. Work-life balance and flexibility matter. Productivity stayed strong, and turnover dropped when workers had remote options. 🧠💼 We rarely say “be more like Texas”, but this is a good call.
