The smart complainers notice that the misinformation is free, funded by the extravagantly rich, and the real information is pay-walled. So, the core issue is the super rich distributing lies for "free" but charging for anything with a fact in it. We gotta get it out of their hands.

That's why trolls were so powerful. They simulated social learning. People thought: "Everybody else thinks this, so it must be true."
I watched the trolls simulate trending topics around 5AM each morning, from China.
Then watched Americans wake up & take it at face value as truth.
So frustrating.
