Consider that she is on autism spectrum, my son is too. Few of many symptoms of autism is having "flat affect",doesn't smiles, unable to keep eye contact, "concrete thinking"that makes it hard to understand humor. Makes for a socially awkward person who appears unfriend, disengaged,& very serious
