The ones that look like chunky zip ties that have been around since the 80s also work fine, but it’s annoying enough to undo them that you may end up leaving things unlocked sometimes, so then you’re back at square one…

I just put some of those big metal baffles on tall shepherds hooks and they seem to have totally stopped squirrel snacking (not house sparrows and finches, but at least those are birds!), we’ll see if it lasts though

We found a similarly vexing issue trying to get data on Housing Choice Voucher recipients by municipality in NJ from HUD: five Washington Townships (in separate counties), all combined into one entry with an invalid GEOID
