The next step is usually to attack LGB people more generally (if I were in the US, I’d be expecting my same-sex marriage rights to be dissolved in the very near future) then go after women’s bodily autonomy, etc etc.

Was set an interesting travel challenge for fun today by some friends - how to fly to Tahiti without entering the US or other countries.

The best youth workers rarely get to stay working with the youth. They move on due to poor pay & working conditions, or get moved up to a management role with little interaction with young people.
Simple problems to address, but they require a lot of long term thinking, so they don't get addressed.
