Biden proposed capping rent prices. Harris proposed a ban on price gouging. Both have supported raising the minimum wage. Voters instead chose the candidate proposing tariffs, deportations and tax cuts for millionaires.

Considering inflation was a global issue and the U.S. happened to fair far better with it than comparable nations, yeah, things were good. The economy was on track to be even better.
