www.councilofnonprofits.org/articles/non... It will have devastating impacts on non-profits by ripping away funding through the increased excise tax on foundations and expansion of the Unrelated Business Income Tax, while also threatening their non-profit status without due process.

The new Pope didn't tweet once in 2024. In 2025, he's posted 5 times, in which he: - Criticized JD Vance's views on Catholicism and Jesus - Posted an article opposing Trump's immigration policies - Retweeted twice about the Pope's health - Retweeted a criticism of Trump & Bukele's laughter at KAG.

I have always said (and I mean it respectfully) that visiting the National Archives to see the Constitution is an important reminder that, in all reality, it is just words on paper. Its power comes from us, the people. If we abandon that, it will be difficult (and potentially impossible) to recover.

Is there any background on SB 37? I am familiar with the Indigent Burial program in Louisville through Catholic Charities and have been curious about how other cities in the state handle this situation. Do you know if there are stats from other cities across the state on burials vs donations?
