Good luck with that! I have survived all this time on meat and fruit. Haven’t tried a lot because of mental blocks with smells and textures. I Haven’t tried vegetables, pasta, soups, cold sandwiches, and more since I was a kid😅

Have the same type of smoker. It’s the best! Takes awhile to cook meats but the flavor is so worth it!
If you ever get the chance do pork tenderloins on it. Trust me it’s heaven on a plate.
