That's awesome! I'm definitely hoping to make it at least one year. I am bummed that this year I'm going to Philadelphia TWICE, and Pittsburgh none.

I am really excited to hear this! I was hoping to organize something for West Coast folks this year, but I had so much family stuff going on last fall it all fell through.

If you want to see green, you should come visit in May! The forests on the west side of the state are LUDICROUSLY green then.

Oh gosh, I've tried a lot over the years. For me, a simple mantra (just nonsense syllables) or focusing on a simple image (for me, water dripping into a pool) is often helpful, but sometimes just trying to focus on breathing or on the center of my abdomen is good.

Here's what I'm telling my reps about impeaching Kristi Noem, feel free to take what you like (script in alt text).
And again, here's where to contact your reps:

My sister got several interviews and a job from the site; I get a lot of tedious spam messages on their message board, but I also recently got a writing coaching client referral. So . . . useful, maybe?
