FORTY MILLION DOLLARS to detain 400 migrants at Gitmo. That's $100,000 a person just to hold them for a few days — when they could far more easily be held in the United States! Just a couple weeks ago it was reported to have cost $16 million. So the price tag is skyrocketing.
