I'm convinced that a lot of Russian disinfo work isn't really trying to "influence" anyone anymore. It's trying to hit some predefined targets on reach or engagement so some apparatchik can tell his boss he spent his budget as instructed. So they email the links to Bellingcat to juice the numbers.
