I don't know what I'm going to post here but let's be real, it's going to be Formula 1, tabletop gaming and generic nerdery with a side of tired leftism.

If they're kidnapping people extrajudicially without identification or warrants then it doesn't matter if they're law enforcement in their day jobs, they're just doing some volunteer terrorism.

I have also started playing Persona 3. If you have tips, I will gladly take them :D

That's not what you're defending though, is it? Do please try and keep your argument consistent or people will suspect you don't actually have an ideological position.

Now we know you think the rights of trans people are a game piece, not human rights. Thanks for telling on yourself, chuck. The absence of compassion is illuminating.

Do you think not knowing the difference between 'non-profit' and 'non-funded' is a clever response? Just making sure you think that basic comprehension failures are defined as clever?

Thing is Americans aren’t even offered “the other guy sucks” they’re offered “the other guy sucks a little more”.

I was coming here to recommend Far Sector as well so I'll just +1 you right here.
DC did not deserve to get N.K. Jemisin writing a standalone Green Lantern arc but I'm so glad DC got N.K. Jemisin writing a standalone Green Lantern arc.

So you’ve made you choice about which minorities you’re happy to throw under the bus, then?

They have so little people can vote for they're ensuring Trump gives people something to vote against.

Correct. It's anecdotal, but I find it interesting.

Yes, but not by students, which is why it’s becoming a tell for essay writing in particular.

It's less a case of AI inventing the emdash, more a case of the emdash not being a face key on most keyboards leading to it not being widely used by students, but widely used by AI that doesn't have to type. It's kind of an interesting topic albeit a depressing one.

Ahhh different one then. To be fair when I was there the office I was in *was* an office, but I wouldn't put it past developers to have converted it back into flats. It's been long enough.

Which pub was it? Just wondering if it’s the same pub I worked above back in the day :)

Funny that you’d describe a stance that explicitly removes rights from trans youth as an approach that doesn’t throw anyone under the bus.
Tells me who you consider to be people. And it isn’t trans youth.

The first thing that came to mind is I'd love to see your take on Old Man's War, could be an interesting comic adaptation.

For me (though not for everyone) the smart watch has been a bigger game changer than the iPad. But by and large, I agree. Computing has plateaued hard and VR ain’t it. Nor is gen AI. But they’re both getting backed hard because something has to be next.

What is it about having leftists in the green party that concerns you? What is it about having broader support in the green party that concerns you? Do you think the Greens would do better trying to shift to the right of Reform?

Specifically if my criticism that it gives me no reason to care about these characters is answered by it taking two seasons of top-tier world-class television to make me care about these characters then the film definitely doesn't stand alone, heh

Show me where I suggested it was well maintained. I have no skin in that game.
All I said was that an article about panels being a fire risk is bad evidence for an argument about non-panel components being a fire risk. Especially from someone mocking others for their lack of research.
comment in response to
post
So your argument is that it's components other than the panels (visibly not on fire) that are the risk, and your proof is an article that talks exclusively about panels (once again, visibly not on fire).
You're not wrong, exactly, other components could also catch fire. But it's bad evidence.

Ohhh they're just gathering all that naturally occurring electricity out of the air? Or is it out of beams of light specifically?
I thought it was the photovoltaic effect where photons excite electrons generating electrical potential, creating electricity from light, but who really knows?
comment in response to
post
What do they pass on, out of interest? Is it electricity? I think it might be electricity. That they make. All by their little selves.
comment in response to
post
Yes. They do. That's literally what they do. Photovoltaic panels exist specifically and exclusively to convert sunlight into electricity.
I'm not denying there are other parts to a system (inverters, batteries, etc) but yes, I think those panels create electricity all by their little selves.

Then show it. This is not you showing it. This is you getting upset that you don’t get ally cookies while actively siding with an anti-trans party. (Also anti-immigrant and anti-labour, ironically)
