The US and El Salvador have a bi- lateral extradition treaty. Since we can ask for them to send us criminal suspects we want to bring to justice, why can't we ask for the return of an innocent who we placed there?

Ha. I’m surprised you thought for profit firms would be better at this than nerds. But also let’s face it. Unlike the calibrated threat of good extortionists, Trump made Harvard an offer it had to refuse. This was a clumsyTrump maneuver. Maybe he’s starting to fail.
