Btw, I myself am very fluent at dealing with this type of psychic assault. Because I have all of my psychic defence maneuvers committed to muscle memory. It’s IMPOSSIBLE for my psychic vampires to get me, but they hallucinate otherwise while pretending that gives them power over me, which is weird.

In my experience with meditating with psychic vampires hanging out in my nog’n, saying Ommm all the time is not the best strategy. It would be to start out saying Ommm, and then change your vowels from ommm to oooommm, then EEEEEEEEEMMMMM.

They would just show up, accusing me of talking to myself when I am JUST breathing. And then they would get louder and louder to make it to where meditating is no longer possible, but I would fix that by vibrating the words “Psychic vampires are hallucinating about me talking to myself”

Ps. I do not meditate because I believe that it can cure Autism or ADHD. But the reason why I meditate as an Autistic person with ADHD is simply because I enjoy meditating and I am dealing with psychic vampires. It would be a shame to brainwash demographics into thinking they can’t meditate.
