If you learn a hallucination as fact, then you have to unlearn the hallucination when confronted with the truth. But with the hallucination as a premise, you may believe that the truth is itself a hallucination. It's better, for now, to use the Wikipedia.

Maybe sweeten the deal by letting the State of Jefferson form and expelling the Oregonians who want to join Idaho.

You just have to move your capital from Sacramento to Solvang.

Dale Carnegie said that people usually have a noble motive and an ignoble motive. In the mayor's case, the noble motive was probably to save Palestinians in Gaza. His Administration is noted for homophobia, which is less noble and probably the real cause.

Americans had to give up some peace of mind, stock up against price rises, and this whole mess distracted from Elon Musk and his acolytes hacking the US Treasury over the weekend.

By the way, Alice had to give out the prizes.

Mexico got Trump to interdict the flow of assault weapons southward and in return agreed to beef up its border -- which it was planning to do anyway. Mexicans are not happy about migrants crossing their territory at any rate. Canadians and Mexicans love it when their leaders stand up to Uncle Sam.

Canada displayed strength and unity, and its lame-duck prime minister got universal applause for his speech. His embattled party leapt in the polls. And Canada was planning to beef up its border guard anyway. Trump and MAGA will be happy to tell you what they won.

From "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland", a great book if you want to understand the world as it is. The tariff game this morning reminds me of the Caucus-race. It was bewildering, but all three leaders received prizes this morning.

I hear good things about your initiative for cheaper meds. This is a great idea. You are capable of assembling a great team. Why don't you do it?

Please note that Catholics are not required to believe in any appearance of Mary after her Assumption/Dormition.

...believe that she will unite Catholics and Muslims (in convert Muslims to Catholicism), though this is not widely believed. In short, the first Author of nonwhite Jesuses and Marys is, to many Catholics, the Virgin Mary, Jesus' first and best Apostle.

Our Lady of Barcelona's statue was painted White, but miraculously turned Black. I do not know how well accepted Mary's Japanese appearance, Our Lady of Akita, is considered. Marian groups are convinced. Devotees of Our Lady of Fatima, whose city is named after one of Muhammad's daughters...

Both Ladies are the Virgin Mary. Our Lady of Czestochowa, the Black Madonna, is credited with saving Poland during the Swedish deluge. Our Lady of Guadalupe is one of God's DEI Initiatives: she showed that Mary and Jesus could be indigenous people. Our Ladies of Prague and Barcelona are Black.

The final processor, the cost of transportation and storage at the regional and store, the cost of stocking and selling plus shrinkage (loss by theft or accident) add their own fees. If the price you pay for coffee rises 25%, you are being gouged. Don't let dislike of 47 distract you from gouging.
comment in response to post
A 25% increase in coffee costs will lead to an increase of (0.65)(25%) or 15% rounding up. So a $3 cup rises to $3.45, not $3.75. A $6 sugar, fat and caffeine bomb that uses the same amount of coffee will rise to $6.45, or 7.5%. TL, dr: If the sales price rise is 25%, you are being gouged.

Also note that there are no new tariffs on Ecuador, Brazil, Ethiopia, Costa Rica and Jamaica. Coffee is a commodity, so we will buy elsewhere and other countries will buy in Colombia. Starbucks enjoys a 65% margin. For $5 spent, $2 are margin and $3 are materials.

If we're ready to change brands on a dime, 25%. Roasting, grinding, packaging, transporting, storing regionally, transferring to your location, unloading, stocking in the back room, stocking on the shelf, and accounting for "shrinkage" due to shoplifting or mishaps all have their price

Remember that to nonbelievers who see no reason to believe the Bible, the only way to show them a God is through what we do and say.

4/ Some of what the pastor condemning +Budde is manifesting is a God who does not agree with Jesus. A God who believes the ends justify the means. A God benignly gazing upon the guards who throw migrants and citizens in cells. People alloted even a crust of grace flee such things as if from fire.

3/ Now consider the God of political conservative evangelicals, who are quick to afflict the afflicted and comfort the comfortable. That is what people outside the faith see, and their morals, their beliefs, the Golden Rule or the remnant of grace God gives humans teaches them right from wrong.

2/ But the only way we can make a living God manifest to nonbelievers is through our actions. Christians did a lot of this during the Roman persecutions: nothing impressed Roman stouts than people dying for their beliefs.

You've sent us Midwesterners so much heat and humidity that we thought it was time to share our cold with you. It's like a potluck, where everyone gets a taste of everyone else's cooking.

Folks, it's a question that is relevant to establish whether or not there is artistic merit to the site. If there is no merit, obscenity laws may apply. If there is artistic merit, then the First Amendment applies.

Because Americans have largely given up on their media and the BBC News can be heard in English.

3.4/ Then the other cats and dogs who shared my life came to Bets' lair. They looked at me and I felt their gaze in my being. Everything around me got fuzzy. Bets meowed the meow she would give after I said goodbye and went to work.

3.3/ "So what happens to somebody cruel to cats and humans?" "I don't know. But their cats are taken to the nullity. This happened to Reggie. One minute he was waiting at the Bridge, and the next he ran to the nullity as if his tail was on fire. I guess some news is unbearable."

3.2/ "And you would not believe how Stripey and Bets argued. Good thing Bets defended you. I don't remember your fight with him, but he wanted to keep you out until you learned your lesson. "People cruel to their cats have to wait outside and learn the error of their ways.

3.1/ "I woke up in your mother's mansion. She used to love me doing her hair, so I hopped up on her chair and held a lock of it. I held something! Anyway I set it in place, washed a bit of her scalp and next thing you know your mom was so relaxed and I was making biscuits.
