But before his final battle, Randy shares a special moment with Lloyd Bringing the same bottle he used to share with his first friend, he chooses to share it with him A symbol of himself moving forward from his guilt. Finally forgiving himself, creating a new future too 12/12

Eventually, he defeats him and proves the path he chose. Not alone, but together with the SSS That he isn’t the bloodthirsty weapon living from battlefield to battlefield anymore But a man, choosing to use his abilities to protect the new family he cares for 11/12
comment in response to post
It is through the SSS’s faith in him that he finds the will to embrace the future of who he is, of who he wants to be To have the courage to overcome the barrier of destiny in front of him in the form of his uncle, Sigmund Orlando, the Scarlet Ogre 10/12
comment in response to post
But despite it all, he cannot escape the care of his new family, even with his objections and his past all laid out to see The SSS still chose to accept him, to forgive him of his past to move forward. Because they’re not talking to the Red Reaper But to Randy of the SSS 9/12
comment in response to post
Ashamed of his past and even further layered on with the Red Constellation’s actions in the West Zemurian Trade Conference and their occupation of Mainz Randy leaves, embracing his possible death to settle this life-long battle, seeing it as his fight and his alone 8/12
comment in response to post
Even with Randy still trying to run from his past, he finally gets the chance to take those steps to forgive himself with their care But just like before, destiny comes knocking at the door, bringing Randy back to the barrier that clouds his life, the Red Constellation 7/12

It is through the SSS, and Lloyd especially, that Randy is able to truly find happiness once more. To be able to create a life for himself, beyond the past Lloyd helps him with his self-hate by being someone who sees what Randy can’t, seeing him as a partner, a brother 6/12

Understanding all of this, Randy took the only option he had He ran from it all. Holding onto the drink he last shared with his friend, he aimlessly wandered, enlisting in the CGF, to which he was eventually kicked out That is, until he stumbled into the SSS 5/12

His friend dreamed of opening up his own bar, leaving his village to chase his future But in his death, Randy took in all the guilt and came to the conclusion that destiny is inescapable, especially with his family praising him, passing the test to become the next War God 4/12
comment in response to post
Eventually, he’d become friends with a civilian, someone that he could be Randy Orlando around and not the Red Reaper Unfortunately, Destiny caught up to Randy, his Jaeger activities crossing into his friendship as he becomes the person that causes his friend’s death 3/12
comment in response to post
Son to the War God of the Red Constellation, Randy is born into a world of gunfire and war, meant to be a bloodthirsty weapon At an early age, he was taught to kill, to eventually leading his own Jaeger company Destiny defined him as the “Red Reaper” 2/12

I could go even further about Fie, that's how much I love her :) With how much I relate and am passionate about this character, I hope you know my love for her is genuine! I'm proud of being a Fie Yume, I can't force everyone to love her But I hope you get why I do now 🤍 17/17

I made a similar post to this a few months ago, but I couldn't help myself to bring up the parts of Fie that make me absolutely love her again I love all of her designs, we share multiple similarities like gardening, lemon flavored food, etc! She's perfect for me! 16/17

Beyond the writing, Fie is very special to me because of her impact on my life as well It might be cheesy or even corny to say, but I was able to find happiness and move forward because of her. She's the reason I even got hooked onto Trails and because of it, I'm grateful 15/17

While she isn't present for all of Feri's growth, she's able to take a mentoring role to her to help Feri get closure after Aida's death She becomes a big sister in a way, understanding the emotions that Feri's been feeling and helping her find acceptance to move forward 14/17

With the aftermath of the Cold Steel arc, Fie concludes her own character arc and continues to move forward, embracing both past and future Moving onto Daybreak, Fie helps guide Feri Al-Fayed, being the person she needed back then to a young jaeger filled with regret 13/17

Both characters being those who've only known the battlefield, they found family finding each other It is through this alongside Fie proving her strength to Rutger that she's able to finally find closure. To accept her past with Zephyr and to call the Jaeger King "Dad" 12/17
comment in response to post
In the end, the Jaeger King talks about the effect Fie had on him when he first adopted her. Regardless of the weakness she thought she was It is because of her that the Jaeger King was able to be Rutger Claussell, proud father, finding a place to belong by caring for her 11/17

Fie is a character that's defined by her regrets, and it is through her battle against the Jaeger King, that she's able to truly find closure This time, not as a spectator watching a battle she cannot hope to help in, but as his daughter, representing how far she's come 10/17

In Cold Steel 3, Fie is confronted with the embodiment of her past, The Jaeger King Even with the strength she's gained from Class VII, it is here on that she must come face to face with her regrets and to show the fruits of her growth to her father 9/17
comment in response to post
Utilizing the teachings she's learned from Zephyr and the confidence she's found with Class VII, Fie becomes a Bracer Growing from a Jaeger who's only known the battlefield, into someone who chooses to protect, to be the person she needed all those years ago 8/17
comment in response to post
Despite Fie gaining the strength to fight for Class VII, she struggles with her feelings of abandonment and weakness from her past She attempts to replace that hole in her heart with Class VII, but in time, fills it with her finding confidence in herself and her new family 7/17

It's in Thor's that she's able to grow and move forward from her past. Not alone, but with her new family empowering her, Class VII Fie learns to overcome her apathy, finding the strength to protect and fight for her new family, to fight for those she cares for 6/17

Unfortunately, Zephyr would eventually separate with the Jaeger King's death, leaving Fie alone after her family abandoned her She'd become heartbroken, apathetic to the world around her as she'd eventually encounter Sara Valestein, taking her in, enrolling her into Thors 5/17

While both embraced the Jaeger lifestyle they grew up in, they differentiated in what their families wanted out of them With Shirley following Sigmund's footsteps as a Bloodthirsty Ogre While Zephyr wanted a better life for Fie, to grow and become more than a Jaeger 4/17
comment in response to post
Eventually picking up the name "Sylphid", Fie traveled alongside Zephyr. Even with the hard times, she treasured each moment of being together Interestingly enough, she juxtaposes another character introduced from the last game, Shirley Orlando 3/17
comment in response to post
Initially, Fie's earliest memories were that of gunshots and explosions, wandering around aimlessly until taken in by Zephyr's leader, The Jaeger King From then on, she learned what it meant to have a family, people genuinely caring, and a place to belong to 2/17
