I tend to disagree. Knowledgeable franchises that know what they are doing do not cash out early on the prospect of finding a Jimmy butler or even a Jarrett Allen or a Desmond bane. And yes, carefully trading draft capital could be useful but these ridiculous packages seem unreal to me.
